- Setup and implementation fees are one-time charges. Monthly platform fees recur according to the selected plan and billing agreement.
- Telephony, carrier, messaging, AI usage, third-party software, or other usage-based charges may be billed separately where applicable.
- Integration and implementation scope varies based on customer requirements and third-party system capabilities.
